Very nice hotel and service, location is also so good. Service room, specially Mr Jaafar, is just perfect, he take are very well about our room and special needs. Beach and pool are very well and comfortable with nice animation and good vibes. Breakfast is complete and nice quality of products.

The cleainig service was perfect. Bhabindra was super friendly and respectful. I will come back every year. The poolserice was also perfect. The foood in the restaurant has a lot of specific food and it was tasty. I recommend it for everbody.

Jaffar was very friendly and always did a great job. He also set up a great anniversary surprise. Always greeted with a smile, super welcoming and asked us if everything was okay and if there was anything additional he could do on a daily basis! Superb service from him!

We keep memories like a story but we will never forget our memorial times and best time in Rixos jbr were the experiences was so special and caring and more valuable our rooms were so special and comfortable and housekeeping did best to always make it perfect and clean thanks to cosmas shamika and musa in the pool area for great hospitality
